1.1 As all of our products are custom-made on-demand, we can only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Manufacturing Defects: If the product arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged upon receipt.
- Incorrect Product: If the product received is different from the one ordered.
2. Defective or Incorrect Orders

2.2 To be eligible for a return or exchange due to an issue with the order, please provide your order number and details of the issue. We may require photographic evidence clearly displaying the issue to process your request.
3. Refunds or Replacements
3.1 Upon verification and approval of the issue, we will offer a refund or a replacement for the defective or incorrect item.
3.2 Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the approval of the return.
4. Exceptions
4.1 As all items are custom-made on-demand, there may be slight variations in color, texture, or design. These variations are a natural part of the customized process and do not qualify as defects.
4.2 We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the item has been used, damaged by the customer, or if it does not meet the conditions of our return policy.
4.3 If your product arrives damaged or is missing, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue promptly.

5.1 Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have entered production, as they are specifically made for each customer.
