1. Order Processing Time

1.1 All of our products are created on-demand. Once an order is placed, it undergoes processing before shipment. Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing.

2. Free Shipping and Delivery Times

2.1 Currently, we exclusively offer shipping within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

2.2 We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders which is automatically applied at checkout. This takes into consideration the variable nature of delivery times associated with our on-demand products.

2.3 Please note that due to the on-demand nature of our products, delivery times cannot be accurately estimated until the tracking information is generated and provided, as delivery times may vary based on product type, complexity, and production requirements as established by our production partner. 3. Order Tracking

3.1 Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.

3.2 Please be aware that items within a single order may be fulfilled and shipped separately due to variations in production times or sourcing from different warehouses. As a result, multiple shipments for items in the same order may occur, each with its unique tracking number.

3.3 Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated after shipment.

4. Shipping Address

4.1 Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. We will ship to the address provided during checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
